God never intended you to lead alone! God gives the Church leaders who are gifted in different areas with the purpose of helping every Christian live in communities of light and salt!

ARC Pakistan creates environments for leaders to gather together to:

  • Get to know each other
  • Learn from each other
  • Dream together about God's vision for their community
  • Learn to work with each other for God's Kingdom glory and the good of their community.
Coaching!
Friend to Friend

ARC Pakistan provides friend-to-friend coaching through a dedicated team of leaders with the job of helping you lead well.

These coaches are not bosses. They work with you and for you. They have been assigned to help you:

  • Understand your role and gifting as a leader.
  • Explore and encourage the vision that God has given for your church and community.
  • Provide solid Biblical content to teach to your people on a consistent basis.
  • Form relationships with other leaders and help you collaborate with each other so that the Kingdom of God is made more visible to all.
